Member Spotlight: Kristina Sciortino

Kristina Sciortino

Kristina spent 15 plus years in the staffing and recruiting industry, where she most recently served as a Senior Regional Director of Recruiting, overseeing staff across California, Colorado, Montana, and an offshore resource team in the Philippines. Kristina has experience in team leadership, budget oversight, creation of SOPs, general department and organization operations, and human resources.

What do you do in your limited free time?:

"Spend time with kids adventuring outdoors, golf, kayaking, cooking and baking."

What sparked your interest about working for CITE?

"The ability to work with an organization that aligns with my personal and professional values. I strive to make a difference in the lives of others and support professional development."

What excites you most about your new role here at CITE?

"I am looking forward to bringing my skillset into a new environment to help make a positive impact on those we serve, support, and partner with both internally and externally."
