Why Exhibit
The Annual Conference is CITE's biggest event of the year, and one you won't want to miss! Our show is unique in that we reserve the majority of a single day of the conference that is dedicated to our exhibitors sharing news about their products with attendees.
Attendees of the CITE conference support all facets of IT including CTOs and Directors of Technology, Network Managers and Engineers, Data Base Administrators, Support, and Technicians. We also attract Classroom Teacher, Administrators, and District and County Superintendents. Our conference is the home for IT decision makers who are working on projects or always looking for new partners to improve the systems in their LEA.
We look forward to having you join our 2025 show at the Sacramento SAFE Credit Union Convention Center on November 18-19, 2025.
The CITE Exhibit Show typically sells out and has a significant wait list. We encourage you to secure your booth as early as possible.
Attendees
CITE supports over 2,500 members across the state of California along with hundreds of non-members who attend the show each year. We find that due to school district budgets, a good portion of our attendees are only able to attend in alternate years, therefore we encourage you to plan to participate in the exhibit show multiple years in order to reach the largest audience.
Approximately 1,500 school, District, and County Office of attendees who participate in our conference represent over 600 unique public organizations, 99% located in California. With greater than 640 unique job titles, many have an impact in the technology procurement decision-making for their LEA. Of these roles:
- 32.08% of attendees approve technology purchasing decisions for their LEA
- 38.45% of attendees advise technology purchasing decisions for their LEA
- 29.46% of attendees research products for technology purchasing decisions for their LEA
