Fall Exhibitor Update

  • Exhibitor portal: cite utilizes the exhibitor portal to assign tasks and relay any important information about the conference and your booth. if you have not already, please be sure to sign into the portal and if you need help getting access, please e-mail exhibit@cite.org
  • New this year: trick and treat - complete your tasks for something sweet. exhibitors who complete all their tasks by october 31, will get first access to pick their booth for 2025 before we open booth registration to the public!
  • Register booth staff: each booth registration has an allotted number of show badges based on the size of your registered booth. here is the break down for each booth size:
startup & non-profit tables - 2
kiosk, 3.5 x 5 - 3
regular, 10x10 - 3
double, 10x20 - 6
endcap, 10x20 - 8
large, 20x20 - 10
If you have more than the allotted number for your booth, we will contact you to pay for the extra staff or need to remove them. if you would like to purchase additional badges beyond those supplied with your booth purchase, you may register online and purchase additional show badges for $150. please visit your tasks in the portal for the link. 
  • Exhibitor Q&Ahave any last-minute questions that you would like to ask before arrival? this will be dedicated q&a time for exhibitors to go over any event or portal task related inquiries with the cite conference staff. please RSVP here for the exhibitor Q&A webinar that takes place on October 10, at 9:00 a.m. many portal tasks are due by October 11, so this will be your time to connect with our staff before an important due date. please review all updates and your tasks prior to the webinar.
  • Additional sponsorship's: additional sponsorships at the cite conference are a great way to spotlight your brand to attendees outside of the expo hall. these thoughtfully curated opportunities provide more interaction and exposure with attendees throughout the week of the conference. approximately 25 different sponsorship opportunities are available. you can find more information here.
  • Monday welcome reception: this year we are excited to host our welcome reception on the USS Midway! a ticket will be required to attend. there is a task in your exhibitor portal with the RSVP link. spots are limited, do not delay!
  • On-site badge pick-up: exhibitor early badge pick-up begins on Monday, November 18 at 4:00 p.m. at the San Diego convention center in hall d foyer. this is where you will obtain your ticket for the USS midway reception. regular registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19 and closes at closes at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday registration hours are 7:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. please note that you must pick up your badge during registration hours and wear it during the conference. failure to have a badge will result in you not gaining access to the exhibition hall or other conference activities.
  • Raffle prizes: we are accepting raffle prizes from all exhibitors. this raffle is successful due to support from you. our attendees appreciate any tech-related items that you can offer. exhibitors who donate raffle prizes will be recognized at the raffle. this year the charity that all proceeds will go to is make a wish - San Diego chapter. for more information about Make-A-Wish® San Diego please visit their website.

  • Lead capture: forms for lead capture are ready! please ensure that you order leadcapture licenses in the exhibitor portal. you can find options to order leadcapture under licenses.
  • Student Showcase, Wednesday, Nov. 20th at 9:00am: the student showcase is an opportunity for students to share technology projects and activities they've been working on with thousands of it professionals in education and technology vendors throughout the state. our attendees love to see how students are using technology in their classrooms! please complete this application if you know of students that may want to take part in cite's 2024 student showcase. this event will take place on the exhibitor floor. keep your eye out for our future it leaders.
  • Attendee list: the information of attendees who have opted in to share their details with exhibitors will be provided through the exhibitor portal 3 weeks before the event, 1 week prior, and a few weeks after the conference.
