Conference Information
The 2025 CITE Conference will take place in Sacramento, CA at the Sacramento SAFE Credit Union Convention Center on November 18-20, 2025. Pre-conference activities begin on November 17.
Pricing Information
Registration Category Information:
- Educational - This registration type is open to current employees of any public or private educational institution, or non-profit educational organizations.
- Educational Plus - This registration type is open to those who qualify for Educational registration and provides access to the entire conference, plus a full year of membership with CITE. When picking this ticket you grant CITE permission to create a cite.org account on your behalf if you do not already have an existing CITE account. A CITE account is required to access membership benefits. If you have an existing CITE account, your membership expiration date will be updated by a member of our team.
- Affiliate - This registration type is open to attendees who work outside of education and provides access to the entire conference.
- Retired/Student - This registration type is open to all students or professionals formerly employed in education at the time of their retirement and provides access to the entire conference.
- One-Day - This provides access to a single day of the conference.
- Expo Hall Only - This registration option provides access exclusively to the Expo Hall. It includes entry to the Tuesday night opening reception and the all-day Wednesday expo.

- Log in to CITE.org account or create an Educational Non-Member CITE Account: https://app.tango.us/app/workflow/Create-a-CITE-account--Free-Educational-Nonmember-Account--2a94358b55704a82a5caa929c8591566
- Once you are logged into your CITE.org account, register attendees
- At checkout, click on the invoice option and select from the "Bill to" drop down list which email address to send the invoice to
- To pay via purchase order, please submit a copy of the invoice to your accounts payable department for processing and have them email a PDF copy of the purchase order to accounting@cite.org.

Refund Policy
- Full Refund less processing fees: Before October 1, 2025
- 50% Refund less processing fees: Between October 2, 2025 and October 27, 2025
- No Refund: On or After October 28, 2025
On or after October 28, 2025 refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of CITE. Processing fees will be determined at the time of refund request.
FAQ
A: Should an exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines:
- Full Refund less processing fees: Before October 1, 2025
- 50% Refund less processing fees: Between October 2, 2025 and October 27, 2025
- No Refund: On or After October 28, 2025
On or after October 28, 2025 refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of CITE. Processing fees will be determined at the time of refund request.
Q: Where are the discounted hotel booking links?
A: Discounted hotel booking links will be available to registered conference attendees. Please refer to your registration confirmation e-mail.
Q: Should I reserve my hotel room now?
A: We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as room block links are available. We always sell out of the main hotels around September. We do not recommend overbooking rooms and canceling later--we have a 30-day cancellation policy and we’ll periodically review booking lists and contact those who have booked multiple rooms to be sure they need all rooms.
Q: Are there discounts available?
Yes! We have several options to save money at the conference. We have two Early Bird registration periods and a Team discount. Additionally, if you apply to present a session and are accepted, you can save $200 off of registration (max of 2 presenters per session).
