CITE Orange County Regional Group Meeting

Our next OC CITE Regional Group meeting will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023, from 2 PM to 4 PM at OCDE, followed by a social hour nearby. Our meeting agenda includes the following:

• Vendor-free roundtable discussions

• Utilizing Gaggle and Securely to monitor email and Google environments to monitor, block, and notify on bullying, self-harm, and suicide. We’ll discuss how to set up the services technically and how Orange USD and Los Alamitos USD partnered with stakeholders within their districts to provide this critical service to students.

• LinkedIn is increasingly relevant for finding jobs and opportunities for collaboration between organizations. Alan Zack, career coach, will provide a hands-on work session on improving your LinkedIn presence for collaborative visibility and improving your career opportunities. Please bring a device to work on your LinkedIn.

We have decided to keep our social hour immediately following our meeting. This event will be an excellent opportunity to socialize and connect with other members in a more casual setting with food and drinks. We hope you will stay and join us.
