Why Exhibit
The Annual Conference is CITE's biggest event of the year, and one you won't want to miss!
Attendees of the CITE conference support all facets of IT including CTOs and Directors of Technology, Network Managers and Engineers, Data Base Administrators, Support, and Technicians. We also attract Classroom Teacher, Administrators, and District and County Superintendents. Our conference is the home for IT decision makers who are working on projects or always looking for new partners to improve the systems in their LEA.
Location & Schedule
The 2024 CITE Conference will take place in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Convention Center.
Exhibitor Schedule* - Please note that our conference schedule is shifting for attendees and exhibitors.
We open the show with a lively reception at 5:00 pm the night before the main show day. On Wednesday, the show opens at 8:30 am and closes at 3:30 pm.
Monday, November 18, 2024
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Exhibitor Move-In
- 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
- 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Welcome Reception
- This years Welcome Reception will be held at the USS Midway, it is 1.6 miles from the convention center.
Tuesday, November 19, 2024
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
- 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Exhibit Hall Move-In
- Aisles must be clear by 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Exhibit Hall final set-up
- 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM Opening Reception
- Exhibitor badge must be picked up from registration by 5 PM for admission into the Expo Hall Reception. Failure to pickup your badge by 5 PM may result in denial of entrance to the reception.
Wednesday, November 20, 2024
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)
- 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM Exhibitor Breakfast (In Exhibit Hall)
- 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Exhibit Show (Boxed Lunch Provided)
- 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM Move-Out
Note: The Exhibit Show will be held at the San Diego Convention Center.
Please do not ship any items to the exhibit hall or hotels; please coordinate all shipments with Tricord Event Services.

On or after October 28, 2024 refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of CITE. Processing fees will be determined at the time of refund request.
