EQ For IT Projects
EQ refers to Emotional Intelligence. Our SDCOE EPMO team will be doing our own book study on Soft Skills for Hard People: A Practical Guide to Emotional Intelligence for Rational Leaders by Helena Kim. Our aim: Learn how to enhance our emotional intelligence and bridge the gap between the analytical and emotional aspects of leadership. Join us at this session as we share our takeaways from the book and to participate in a conversation about EQ.
