CITE Collaboration Lab: All Things Tech Support & Help Desk!
Join Us Virtually
Event Details
Join fellow CITE members for an open forum on All Things Tech Support & Help Desk. Whether it's Help Desk Systems, knowledge databases or tools, device and hardware management, common user issues, customer service training, service level agreements, we want to discuss it all! Bring your questions, conundrums, and hard-won lessons to discuss with CITE colleagues from across the state that are in user support and help desk roles. Attendees will have time to add additional or vote on submitted discussion topics so that the conversation is relevant to a majority of the group.
This Collaboration Lab will be facilitated by the following CITE Members:
- Marcus Barnes, Lead Computer Support Spec IV, Irvine Unified School District
- Misty Roton, Help Desk Manager, Information & Educational Technology Services (IETS), Modesto City Schools
New in 2025 the CITE Collaboration Lab is a free forum for CITE members with similar job roles to discuss topics in an informal online session. We encourage everyone, at all experience levels, to show up, have your camera on, and actively participate. You will have an opportunity to include your questions or discussion suggestions when you RSVP for this online program.
