Professional Bio
Kristina is originally from Rohnert Park, CA where she grew up playing golf and practicing Kenpo Karate. Kristina attended California State University, Chico and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and minor in marketing. After graduating Chico State, Kristina moved back to Sonoma County to start her career and family.
Kristina spent 15 plus years in the staffing and recruiting industry, where she most recently served as a Senior Regional Director of Recruiting, overseeing staff across California, Colorado, Montana, and an offshore resource team in the Philippines. Kristina has experience in team leadership, budget oversight, creation of SOPs, general department and organization operations, and human resources.
Kristina enjoys building relationships and solving problems to help make people’s lives better. Kristina thrives in an environment that fosters collaboration and working toward a common goal of helping people.
Kristina enjoys spending time with her two children, Sofia (13) and Santo (11), golfing, kayaking, camping, and creating amazing meals and desserts in her kitchen.
