CITE's Annual Conference Exhibit Show is an extremely popular event. The show does not compete with other conference events for the majority of show hours, resulting in a large percentage of attendees visiting the exhibit hall. Our attendees use this time for serious research on products and services as well as an opportunity to reconnect with the vendors they know.  Join us for another amazing show!

Friday December 4, 2020, 8:30 am-3:30 pm


Please note that booth prices do not include full conference access. To gain access to sessions, labs, keynotes and meals, please register as an attendee.

Regular booth - $3,300 | Includes pipe and drape and three booth staff badges.

Kiosk - $3,300 | Includes power and lighted graphics. Kiosks are pre-made tabletops with overhead graphics about 3.5 feet wide and 15 feet high.

Double Booth 10x20 - $6,600
| Includes pipe and drape and six booth staff  

EndCap Double 20x10 - $8,250 | Double booth at the end of an aisle includes eight booth staff 

Large Booth 20x20 – $11,000 | Includes pipe and drape and ten booth staff 



Refund Policy:

Should exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines: On or before October 9, 2020 – full refund; between October 10 and November 6, 2020 - 50% refund; on or after November 7, 2020 - refunds granted at the sole discretion of CITE.


New Exhibitors: 
Please include your W9 form with your payment. If sent separately, please send to exhibit@cetpa.net.



Attendee Lists:
Exhibitors will receive attendee lists three weeks before the event, one week before the event and a final list after the event. Attendees do have the option to opt out of the list. Information includes emails, phone and addresses unless the attendee shares only their address. The list is sent to the booth contact person.
